Initially the key partners and staff had worked in various international service organizations but was later incorporated as a limited liability company by the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria.
The need to incorporate this company was to bring the international experience gathered by experts over a period of three decades to bare.

Abuja, Its main area of specialization includes mining. Building Construction, Facility/Infra-structural Development, Residential/Commercial Civil works, Road construction, Maintenance & Rehabilitation, Construction of Electrical Power Houses. Design and installation of Electrical/Mechanical System, Solar Energy Solution, Printing, Supply & Procurement, management and General Consultancy.
